London, June 10, 2008 — Yellow Pages Group (YPG) announced today the winners of
its Make It Real: Better Businesses for Better Communities program: Protek Systems
was awarded the $5,000 Platinum prize and Hunter’s Disk Jockey Service was awarded
the $2,500 Gold prize.

Protek Systems contributes to reducing preventable injuries among local youth by
supporting the YMCA Children’s Safety Village. The Company donated $15,000 to this
organization last year and has completed the construction of a building at a cost of
$10,000 within the scaled down city, which enables police, fire and safety personnel to
educate children about safety through hands-on experience.

“We are honoured to have been selected as one of the 2008 Make it Real award
recipients and would like to thank Yellow Pages Group for recognizing the importance of
corporate social responsibility,” said Harvey Schilke, President and CEO of Protek
Systems. “In part due to our support, the Children’s Safety Village provides safety
instruction to more than 15,000 children from grade one to grade four each year.”

Hunter’s Disk Jockey Service provides its entertainment services free of charge or at a
discounted fee to non-profit organizations like the Animal Rescue Foundation and the
Wal-Mart Miracle Walk for Kids in support of their local fundraising events.

“We are proud and delighted to acknowledge the remarkable contributions being made
by small businesses across the country towards the betterment of their communities,”
underlines Annie Marsolais, Director of Corporate Communications for Yellow Pages
Group. “These companies genuinely deserve a tip of the hat, and we hope that they will
serve as a model for other businesses when it comes to lending a helping hand to
worthy causes.”
